This service allows you to synchronise the current status of your Actinic orders with a website that your customers are able to access. What's more, the website can be customised to your own site's design, giving your customers the impression that they never leave your site!
Carrier consignment numbers, confirmation of shipment, expected due dates and even specific reasons for any delays can be published in seconds by your Actinic administrator. The result is that you enhance your customer-focused image by providing an additional after-sales service, whilst also minimising time-consuming telephone enquiries.
We have also recently introduced integration with the Parcelforce WDM online service. Actinic delivery addresses can be exported quickly and easily to Parcelforce and then tracking 'incidents' and consignment numbers are seamlessly linked to your order-tracking site, without any manual data entry.
