"The Cake Store is now London 's biggest celebration, wedding and corporate cake makers. We have been trading as bakers for 60 years but only four years ago launched a range of spectacular cakes on a website we built, powered by Actinic . The growth was so great that we have since reduced production of traditional baked goods and specialised in this niche market.
We found we were struggling with orders arriving by so many different forms of media, by phone, internet and over the counter from our shops. Greater Vision helped us immensely by introducing a network across several floors of our building. Not only that but they installed Actinic Multi User that allows all staff to manually input orders as well as download them. This allows all orders to be processed and maintained in the one place. To be quite honest we have only been in touch with Greater Vision on two occasions since this huge improvement they made for our business. We believe this is testament to their installation of reliable and stable hardware and software. On both occasions we needed support, it was immediate and effective.
